My Life as a Biggest Loser - pt. 4

Ever feel like you eat the same thing over and over?  It can be helpful... you know what the calorie and nutrition content is - so it's easy to eat without having to think a lot about it. 

On the other hand, if you're like me - variety is the spice of life!  So, while I can eat four or even five meals a day that look much like what I ate yesterday - I'm always on the lookout for meals that meet our BL food guidelines.

This week, I tried out a new recipe on the two wonderful CIU students who partner with me for ministry on Monday nights.  (Yes, they work for food! haha!)  We all agreed that this recipe was a keeper!  I found the recipe for Chicken-Sweet Potato Stir-Fry in my January Prevention Magazine.  You can access the recipe here.
